If you upload files into the articles and folders with the help of online editor all the files will go into Media -> Images or Files sections. On the public website to allow the users to download that files I have to amend roles and polices for the anonymous users. Content read Class( File ) , Section( Media ) Then if you delete the article or folder into which you had uploaded the files, the files will still remain in the media section -> files. Which is fine, perfect, no problem. When somebody from the public website do a search with some keywords, then I am getting the files which are not being used or not needed. Is there any way to sort this out? Cheers John

There's no way to remove the text file from the search result list other than to move or remove the text file. You can however create a cronjob to do this for you. ( remove all text objects from Media->Files which does not have reverse relations to Content tree ) Best regards Kåre Kåre Høvik
