I had not noticed this until today. It didn't use to be like that, did it ? Why was this changed ?

It seems (from the info I heard) the server's apache log configuration had at the time not been configured to rotate logs properly leading to a 754MB apache log! With the logs reconfigured, reset and caches cleared.Anonymous Access to eZpedia was restored.
