I have not received notice of a couple of posts which have been added to forums to which I subscribe. I double-checked that my settings haven't changed. Has something changed server-side?

Yes, something happend on the server-side. Notifications stopped (by mistake) after some system maintance on friday.Sorry about that
It should be up and working again now
