Hello.
the Non Profit organization i worked for runs two eZ websites and would like to improve design and functionality of the websites.
this would be a fairly large project that would mean anywhere from 40-80 hours of work, depending on your price.
Your creativity and suggestions would drive the project, along with a few simple goals.

obviously, ez experience is a plus, but good design skills are important too.
