Hi,

for a german freelancer community project (Jetztwerk) with regional groups in Hamburg, Freiburg, Berlin, Bodensee, Nürnberg and Lübeck we created an editor documentation in german.
A regionaladmin can create their own content in his regional parts.
You can download it via sourceforge as PDF and as SXW (OpenOffice.org ooo Writer document to adjust it to your needs).
It is under the Creative Commons Attribution License.
