Deprecated param "node_id" in treemenu tpl operator notice

Hello,

Has anyone found a way to use treemenu template operator which does not generate a notice: deprecated parameter "node_id" in eZ publish 3.9.1? Or at least is there a way to avoid these notices being fed to the log files?
