Hi,
Most of our customers are lost in the administration interface: too many options, too many buttons, too many things to look at ... Of course, they don't want to spent time reading the documentation.
What tricks did you use to make eZ easiser to use ? Has someone tried to downgrade the admin interface ? Would it be possible to integrate documentation or "tips and tricks" to the admin site ?
