Cannot show Chinese character on top(title)

Sam Leung	Thursday 02 September 2004 1:17:38 am In my site (http://www.heungto.edu.hk/ez), I don't know why I can't show Chinese character on top. I can only use Englist to show "Intranet \| Gallery \| .. ". And also is it possible to make those link appear in the toolbar in the menu (in the orange zone)? Do anyone know how to solve it? Thank you!
