Where can I find information about what fuzzy match mean? (In some classes there is a checkbox: allow fuzzy match)

I am not 100% positive on this, but I think 'fuzzy match' is related to the search engine's ability to find partial word matches. So if someone was to surch for 'pub' they might see results for the words 'pub' ( a place to drink), 'publish' (a way to distribute information + part of the name of our favorite product), 'publisher' (a person who publishes) and so forth. I'm not sure if it will also find pub in other positions within a word, for example, if someone mis-typed and wrote 'eZpublish', forgetting the space... Hopefully someone from the eZ systems crew will speak up. :)

Thank you, Alex.
It seems to be plausible.
