Attach content and files to ONE guest account user and only him

Hello,
I'm trying to set up a page, dedicated to people who logged in, where the guest could
- access to specific files (or conten) uploaded by the admin
- put on this folder it's own files (or content)
the only thing is that i don't want any other user to be able to access those content.

Is there an easy way to do so in ezPublish ?
I can't find out ...
