Admin images visible; public user images not visible

When I create an info page or image content, the image will appear on the admin preview and look correct, but when I go to the public site, the image does not display, just the text on the page appears, but no image.

again when I view the page through the admin it appears and looks good.

public page: gracebaptistfellowship DOT net/ez/

titles of pages to look at:
"this is my info page" in the root verticle menu and the horizontal menu
"pic" this under the news directory
"this is my article" this is also in the news directory

any ideas?

I pasted

[FileSettings]
StorageDir=corporate/storage
CacheDir=corporate/cache

In the /settings/siteaccess/admin/site.ini.append and created a /settings/siteaccess/admin/site.ini.append file with the same info. This did not solve my problem.

Did I apply your suggestion correctly? Any other suggestions?

I'm having the same problem with eZ 3.6.4. Images display in the admin preview but not on the public side.

Say my siteaccesses are sample_admin and sample_user

In my settings/siteaccess/sample_admin/site.ini.append.php and settings/siteaccess/sample_user/site.ini.append.php I have the following:

[FileSettings]
VarDir=var/sample

My understanding is that the StorageDir and CacheDir are relative to the VarDir setting so the full path of the storagedir and cachedir directories should be var/sample/storage and var/sample/cache. Inspection of those directories shows that these are in fact the directories that are being used by eZpublish.

Debug output does not show any errors related to image processing.
