Hi Lukasz,
Maybe you can try to clean up the cache files with EZ_HOME/bin/shell/clear-cache --clear-all and login with admin user again.

I ran into a problem like this on 3.7, where the number of nodes displayed in the content structure tree of the admin console was so large, the system crashed.

Solution was to edit contentstructuremenu.ini to limit the number of nodes displayed.

In addition to what Betsy wrote:

There are at least three ways of doing so in that location:
- limiting max amount of visible nodes
- limiting max depth of visible nodes
- specifying the classes allowed in the tree

The two first are tempting because they are easy to use, but may cause confusion when you actually reach the limits because 'random' nodes are missing. The best idea in my opinion is to plan the site well and operate mostly on allowed classes (third one), while treating the first two as security parameters.
