Add free text to a product in the shop basket

Hello !

I'm looking for a way to add free text to a product which is in the shop basket.

This free text would than be stored in the order and sent by email.
(when the user presses the "StoreQuantity button" or "proceeds the order".

I don't want to store this "free text" in the product object. Only want to have
a "comment" saved for the specific product in the order.

I hope someone can give me some tipps (or the solution :))
