Allow others to mark forum posts as solved?

I notice that many forum posters aren't all that good at marking their own posts as solved. Should there perhaps be an option for users other than the poster himself to mark the post as solved? Not sure how the workflow on this should be, but perhaps you would require several non-owners to mark the post as solved in order for it to actually be marked as such.

Hello Eirik,

Thank you so much for voicing your support for this feature. I was just thinking about the very same request earlier today.

Simple fact is most forum guests do not properly mark there thread as solved at the end of a conversation.

Perhaps this feature should only be available to forum moderators to keep it from being gamed.

I suggest filing an issue tracker enhancement request for the community project.

Cheers,

Heath

Hi Heath,

I absolutetly makes sense to make this feature available to forum moderators only.
