What would be the most up-to-date documentation for eZ Newsletter? Anything for 1.6 out yet (even as a draft)? Tried to download 1.5.3 (here: http://ez.no/doc/extensions/newsletter#download), but it doesn't seem to work ;(

same issue here :-/
I tried playing with 1.6 beta newsletter but after putting some efforts there I didn't manage to configure and run it properly so I abandoned this idea for now and I'm hoping proper release will appear some day.
Naming convention is slightly misleading for me - from 'beta' I would expect it can be installed by regular users and it's open for testing, but this 1.6beta is more like 1.6alpha to me.

I also am having problems with putting any latest application version together... my SVN checkouts end with fatal errors...

eZNewsletter is a software porting from PHP4 to to PHP5.As far as I know, 1.5.x and 1.6 have exactly the same functionnalities.

Will have to get back to it sometime... Meanwhile - do you use eZN yourself, or maybe have chosen another solution?
