Kostadinka Ignatieva	Wednesday 29 October 2008 1:36:34 am Hi and congrats on the great extension! I have been using ezflow for quite a long time and it is working good. Now I want to add some new features to its blocks, so that they are not constrained only to adding items to them. My question is if it is possible to add an XML text block to the ezflow block? This XML block I want to use like a description field to the block, to show not only text but images, inserted tags, multimedia objects... in other words features of the Online Editor. For this purpose I started with using the CustomAttributes setting of the blocks. And it worked as expected - shows a text input. But so far I haven't been able to call the OE for that field. Is this possible? Or is there some other way than using CustomAttributes? Iguana IT - http://www.iguanait.com

Gaetano Giunta	Monday 27 June 2011 9:08:25 am I fear at the moment the simplest you can do is create an xml block as attribute of the frontpage class, then use a custom template for your block that will display the xml-block gotten from the same frontpage object it is on. This is of course not very flexible, as you can not have as many xml blocks as the dynamically-added ezflow blocks in the page. You might use a content edit handler or workflow event to display the xml-block editor when editing the frontpage and storing the actual xml-block contents in some offline storage (ie. custom "holder" containers), but that would most likely be a lot of work...
