By default ezflow, it list all layout in each frontpage.
for custom the layout list selon the section or object
Overload the content/datatype/edit/ezpage.tpl line 13
{foreach ezini( 'General', 'AllowedTypes', 'zone.ini' ) as $allowed_type}
by
{foreach ezini( "Section_name or object ID or whatever param", 'AllowedTypes', 'zone.ini' ) as $allowed_type}
