Getting seemingly unrelated results back?

When I search for something like "environment", I receive ~50 results. The first couple of pages contain results with high scores and relevant highlights.

However, the last few pages are results that have nothing with "environment" in them.

Is this because of object relations?

I attempted to walk through all of the related objects for the "false-positives" but I can't find anything that would cause these.
