Have you figured out how/if OAuth and Phonegap can easily work together (in the 3 weeks since you posted) ?

I think it's necessary to create plugins 'cause of security issues. In android it may be easy as long as we have a bunch of java + oauth samples available on internet and we also have some samples on how to create phonegap plugins for android. But in fact I didn't test yet.
