Upload an Image thro our own action handler

hello

I have created an action handler to update the user profile.

I succeed in updating other user attributes like (city, country etc..).

Now the problem is that I don't know how to upload and/or replace the user thumbnail with the new uploaded one.

so please please suggest me.
