Trouble with links and ezurl-table when updgrading

Hi,

I've just upgraded an eZ 3.0.2 installation to eZ 3.4.7 which went pretty well except that all links in the ezurl-table are removed when the cache is rebiult... this means that all url's in ezxmltext-fields are reset to <link href=''>

I've tried to run update/common/scripts/updatexmltext.php - but it doesn't update anything...

Could anybody please help?
