I'm going to set up a workflow where a user in our company is going to approve every user/email which want to subscribe to our news. Until now, we have this automatic, but we want to check manually if this feature is beeing misused(people can just type in email-lists..and ez publish just sends out mails to these lists), so we want to make sure that emails are to one person, and not misused to one or more email-lists.

I don't find the notification module in the triggerlist, just content and shop..Can anyone explain how I can set up a workflow which sends the subscribe/notification to a user which must confirm that this user/email can be addes the notification-list?

Tnx :)

Are you allowing users to subscribe by letting them register? Or are you using an information collector? In the default installation, users have to click on a link in their email to confirm their account.

Also, you could setup a notification on the node "Users" to be notified when any changes have been made. This is after the fact, but you would know pretty quickly after someone has registered. You could combine this with the new "Daily" digest extension if you get lots of subscriptions.

hi all
i'm having a notification problem with forum:
i'd like to have my own forum like the ezpublish site one, but no email is sended to the users that pressed the "keep me updated" button. note: smtp is ok, already used and worked. note2: just installed the 3.3-4 forum demo package and been not able to make the notification work

best regards
