Does someone know where I can find this functionality in ezp code?
Static content export eZ publish provides tools to export your entire site directly to HTML. This is useful if you want to serve your pages from static HTML servers or if you want to distribute the contents of your site on CDs.http://ez.no/products/ez_publish/info/key_features/performance

Which folders will need to be copied in a cd-rom in addition to 'static'? My guess is 'var' and 'design'.
In the static cached files, all Urls start with / and followed by the path to the file location from the eZ publish root. The / should be removed and all the static cached files moved to the root of eZ publish (on 'top' on the design and var folders). Right?
