Shop: add fixed reduction price

Hello my dear community,

I have a little problem with the shop of ez Publish, ezPublish permit us to add some reduction rate: like 10%, 20% etc with some rule. I would like to ask you, if it's possible to add some fixed reduction price.
If it isn't, could you give me a solution? How would you do this?

I think it's around the Attribute "total_inc_vat" of the class eZOrder. Is there a method of eZOrder who can modify it? i search but i don't fine...
