Serious cache problem

I have a serious cache problem from one or two months ago. Every 3-4 days my site cache get's completely broken and it only shows tables, borders, backgrounds and thing like that but no data.
I thought it was a cache-block problem, so i disabled all cache-blocks to fix the problem.
Unfortunately the problem is still there.
There is no errors on apache or mysql logs, but in the ez log i get:

   Variable 'identifier_hash' is not present in cache 'var/xxxxxxx/cache/classidentifiers_just361.php'

Now my idea is try disabling classidentifiers cache, but i don't know how to do that or if its even possible.
Does any one know how to disable this cache or how to fix my cache problem? It's a bit urgent
