Anybody out there have a complete content/edit extension handler they can share?Or is there some proper documentation that somebody can point me to?

I'm sorry, have been to quick. The article I mentioned explains how to use a content action handler, not a content edit handler.
Haven't seen any content/edit handlers out there yet, but it's not that hard to make one. I once tried it myself just to see how it worked. I'll take a look if I can find that code back for you.
