I've created the rss export in the admin interface, but get only access denied when I try to get to access it through http://www.sitename.com/rss/feed/rssname
Do I have to program something to make a rss available in eZ publish?

Hi! Tnx.
ANonymous users are now given the feed to the rss module. BUT:
I get an error when I try to access it: The XML-page cannot be displayed. Can not show XML-inputdata with xsl stylesheet. Correct the error and refresh the site(or try again later).Reference to non-declarated nameareaprefix:rdf. Error proceeding the resource:

Btw. got problems with the norwegian charachters like æ, ø and å. They are displayed like:the ø is displayed like ø in my IE and Opera. Think I have to change from utf8 to iso...but where?
I've got the correct characterset in my site.ini. Shouldn't the rss follow this?
In the document there is UTF-8 characterset, but the http header says iso-8859-1 ... or the document has to be convertet to iso-8859-1, but where in the code..

I found this code in /lib/ezxml/classes/ezdomdocument.php:
function &toString( $charset = true, $charsetConversion = true ) { $charsetText = ''; if ( $charset === true ) $charset = 'UTF-8'; if ( $charset !== false )
Does anyone know if changing UTF-8 into iso-8859-1 will give other consequences than fixing my rss xml-output with correct charset?

Changed it and it worked, but want feedback if this will have consequences for other things in the system.

My estimate is that is depending on what your internal charset is.
If you use latin1 only you shoudl not notice any troubles

I use iso-8859-1

iso-8859-1 is latin1 so you should be ok
