RSS Feeds: Howto Direct URL to FLV File

Hi,

I am using my ez publish installation ( Version 4 )mainly for Content Management/Syndication via RSS. Now I need to Syndicate a Videochannel, but I can't find a way to get the URL to the FLV File into the RSS. When chosing "Video/Flashplayer" as a RSS Source I can chose "File" beeing part of the RSS Feed ( Class/Title/Description ), but this only returns a Link to the ez-publish Page where the Video is embeded.

Is there any solution for this?

thanks for your fast reply. Yes I need the direct link to the movie file (.flv) in the RSS.

Hi again,

This is not supported by eZ Publish RSS export module. You can however workaround it by hacking RSS export module (not recommend) or built your own RSS output using layout view and custom template which will handle RSS (1.0/2.0 whatever).

You also try some available contributions. There some custom RSS export extensions which might allow it.
