Problems with extension activation

Hello all

I have try to start this extension:
http://ez.no/ezpublish/documentation/development/extensions/building_an_ez_publish_module

I do all but when i try to acces with the url, ezp loads the defalt page.
I saw in the admin panel that the extension is activeted.
If someone knows what the problem is please tell me.
