Problem with collected info by form

Hello,

I can't find the solution to solve my problem

I created a form. I overrided the default template. After fill all fields of my form and clic the button "Send", the process stop at
content/action

When I use the default template standard/node/view/full or when I use the form in back office, the informations are sent the url change like that content/collectedinfo/226 and receive a email.

I your some idea. I use ez 3.9.
