Hi all,

I'm in the market for a new text editor, I've been using jedit for a few years now but it seems like further development of the editor is limited, plus it's a java application and I'm finding it less and less stable as time goes by.

I'm looking into PHPEdit (WaterProof) as it has a lot of handy looking debuging tools as well as a plugin for Ez... The only thing that concerns me is that the Ez plugin is over a year old and there have been no recent updates to accommodate the newer versions of Ez.

I was wondering what editors others are using and why? What features does the editor offer that will aid rapid development of PHP, Ez Templates and JavaScript? I'm on windows too so I'm not really interested in linux/unix (only) editors, also price ist not an issue as a good text editor is the primary tool in my kit so I don't mind paying for it as long as it is robust and aids development time, please share your thoughts.

Cheers.

Pardon me while I burst into flames...
