New WordToImage Operator

Hello!

I've just uploaded a new template operator to contribution called WordToImage. This operator replaces a string with a image link. This operator makes it easy to use smilies in e.g forums :D, but can be used for other stuff aswell. This operator is also installed here on ez.no.
