I need to do some change on ez-Publish admin site. Say in the edit content page. Anybody can help?

You can override templates in the admin view in the exact same way as in your ordinary siteaccess. You just edit tempaltes/settings in design/admin and settings/siteaccess/admin in stead of the ones you edit for your ordinary siteaccess.

Thank you. I also found that I can override tpl. Now, say I am putting a button on edit template(my override one). I need to do some processing on the button action; i.e. after submitting the page on that button. Where should I put that code.

I have some content class to hold my content(complex xml data). I use online editor for editing the data. After editing there is default button for saving that. Now, I need to have functioinality which will save the content data to some static file in my web server, those files will be used later in some other purpose.I know and be able to build same sort of thing by extension is user site, but my client need to have that in admin site.
