Making under construction page for second language

Elena Jovanovska	Wednesday 09 June 2010 4:19:39 am I have a site that is developed in Italian and the client want to implement second language, English, but that for now I would need to have just an "Under construction" page. I would like to know how can I restrict the system to display only the translated content and all other pages that will be requested on English to be redirected to root page(Home page).
