You'll probably have to write your own template operator to be able to extract relevant datas for your needs from the various formats. I understand MakerNote exif filed data format may vary from different vendors, But rather go ahead and spend time for creating a template operator for displaying MarkerNote, I will simply skip this array filed and display other exif data as this MarkerNote filed is not that much important.
