Link w3c validation

Hi,

I notice that the link objects are not w3c compliant due to double quotes missing with href.
Example of default output:

<a href=http://www.linuxorable.net/ez_publish/index.php/linuxorable/content/view/full/138/month/4/year/2006>Avril</a>

I can solve this by addind double quotes in the URL field (when I create a link object).
So, the output will be:
<a href="http://www.linuxorable.net/ez_publish/index.php/linuxorable/content/view/full/138/month/4/year/2006">Avril</a>

Is there a modifcation I can do in a template in order to have the good output without having to put the double quotes in the URL field ?
