Image Magick on windows box

Hi, I am running ezp 3.3.3 on a windows 2000 box. I used the automated ez installer on this machine.

I am having some problems with image magick, it doesn't seem to work. I have tested the convertim.exe from the commandline, and it works fine. When using images in my site get the following error:

The filter 'geometry/scaledownonly' is not supported by any of the image handlers, will ignore this filter

I have exhaustively searched this forum but didn't find an answer. When I look in the storage directory of my site, image variations are created, (small medium etc) but all images have the same size. Settings\override\image.ini.append.php in included below,
