i18n 3.4 problem

I just upgraded from 3.3-4 to 3.4.1 and found a few convertion errors:
$Child:item.object.data_map.body.content|i18n returned the right converted string in 3.3-4 but after the upgrade the returned string is empty?

Doe anyone have any ideas? De setting in de override ini files have not been touched.

File it as a bug. There are few oddities with the template compiler that are being ironed out.
