how to use the login and the register in my site

I am using ez Now.

I would like to have in my site the login and the recording of the new members.

But I don't know what it is necessary to do on my pagelayout in order to have these two elements. I thought that it was just necessary to put the bonds(links) in the

pagelayout kind:

<a href="/webmastre/professionnel/index.php/ezwebin_site/user/register" title="Register">Register</a> .
