I want to use nice URL and pagination both together. Can anyone help me how is it possible.

This is possible, and the default behaviour, in version 3.4. However it will not work on earlier versions. The reason for this is the new url parameters /url/to/node/(variable)/value, which is now suported with nice urls'.
