Hi everybody,
I've been fetching for some interesting extensions which could help me add Google Maps location services on my EZP 4.1.1 web site. But I must admit that there's something completely confusing in the web sites from which you should be able to download the packages for your EZP extension. For example this link, http://projects.ez.no/gis.
Can someone explain to me where I can find the supposed package of files which I expected to be .ZIP or .tar files or any other compressed files except the ftp like download which is proposed in the menu "subversion" and which only allows you to download the files one by one !!!!!!! ?????
I'm I missing something ?
If someone can redirect me to a correct download link for Google Maps FOR VERSION 4.1.1 of EZPUBLISH ...
Many Thanks.

Hi Pierre,
You should look at the subversion panel (where you can directly access the source code): "svn checkout http://svn.projects.ez.no/gis"

gis still has a lot of eZDom code inside it, meaning it isn't quite ready for 4.1. Alternative is to have a look at: http://projects.ez.no/ezgmaplocation witch is a updated version of http://projects.ez.no/gmaplocation with support for extended attribute filter and address attribute.
EDIT: Forgot to mention that this extension doesn't have download packages yet either, like gis. If I have time I'll add/update INSTALL text file and upload 1.0.0beta1 zip package later today.

I have made some modifications to gis to avoid eZDOM so it can work with eZ Publish 4.1.
If anyone is interested in the code please let me know.

@ Carlos
Please contact xrow.de and share your improvements with the project leaders. It would be nice if you submitted an actual patch for review.

Hi there. I didn't realized that some modifications have already be done by the project leaders.
if you choose Google as geolocation, extension should work right now for ez publish 4.1 if you checkout trunk version.
Some changes were added at rev 18.

I'm checking yahoo geocoder right now. i will merge my modifications and let all of you know.

Hi there,
Beyond the fact that I need a version compatible with EZP 4.1 I'd like to get it in a .zip or .tar or .rar version (shortly said: a compressed file easy to download). Many thanks to all of you. I'll be looking, André, to the shortcut link you gave to see if you posted a zipped file of ezgmaplocation.
Many thanks.

Hi,
Thank you very much André and Thank you also to all of you for your very useful replies. Everything works fine and I've been able to install the package and create my override template.
Best regards.
Pierre.
