editing static static from backend

Hi there !

I'm looking for a solution which allows managing text labels from backend.

In fact, i've static labels like "play the video". I'd like the possibility editing this "play the video" with the backend. These labels aren't in a content node then cannot be edit from the backend content tab.

The reason is really simple, avoid deploying many files each time my client wants a label update.

Is there a way to do ?

More precisly it can constists of editing translation.ts files directly from backend.
