We have developed an Authorize.net payment gateway extension called eZ Authorize.
For more information about using this solution please read our article on the subject, <i>http://ez.no/community/articles/installing_an_ez_publish_payment_gateway</i><i>http://ezpedia.org/wiki/en/ez/ezauthorize</i>

If they offer an api, yes you could modify eZ Authorize to support this service by adding php code to provide these additional features.
Though 'firstgate.de' as I understand the service (after contacting their sales staff), that it is a hosted web site service, requiring users to sign-up on their website to browse product and complete product purchase transactions. It does not offer a remote web service api.
