I can not stay online much as it costs me money. How can I download or print the 3.6 documentation

Am I asking a wrong or stupid question? I am not really sure?

You can use a tool like "wget" to dump the new docs...
AS far as I know are pdfs not yet avaialable.
"Adobe" can create PDFs from whole webpages.
Where do you live that you have that high costs on the internet?
