Hi all, I am using shared hosting plan to host ezpublish site. My hosting provider do not support to run java for ezfind . So I can't use ezfind for search(if I could have use ezfind, attribute filtering is possible using filter parameters from search template). So only solution for me now is to customize search fetch function by passing a new attribute filter parameter. But it needs a lot of work as I need to customize ezsearchengine where the I need to change function search( ) which is a heavy work. Any easy work around to implement attribute filtering with ezsearch. or is there any extensions that full fill my needs? Any ideas or suggestions will be great help Regards Romeo.. I have got the solution. Instead of using default search , I have created a custom search by adding a new module with custom view for searches . searches are done by a custom search fetch function with parameters like attribute filter etc, . Used this custom search fetch function from view's php file . Hope this may help someone else who can't use ezfind in shared hosting environments.. Regards Romeo
