Hi!

I have activated the "hide" of a node with cronjobs once a folder reaches certain date, but I cannot find how to unhide once anoher date is reached, how can this be done?

I was looking for a unhide.php that will handle such a task... but it seems I am in a wrong direction.

I am using ez version 3.10

thanks

Hi Jorge,

I searched the forum and found this; http://share.ez.no/forums/developer/what-s-the-opposite-of-hide-please

Seems that hide is a toggle function, so you need to call it again for the other date so it becomes visible again. Hope this helps.

Thanks, But I think it´s not so straight forward, as I have to deal with two dates, one of them is used to hide a folder and the other to unhide it.

My client has thousands of products all clasified in different categoryes, but in certain dates of the year he does not sell some of the products so the best practice is to set hide/unhide for a certain period of time (e.g. products as christmas stuff are only produced and available in the months near the end of the year so my client´s stocks lack of these kind of items far away from christmas)...

The main issue here is that one date hides and one date unhides...

I have been looking at the code of hide.php and it seems quite simple to make an unhide.php, but still I am not sure if I can mess around without destroying my database or whatever...

If some php guru could help here...

Thanks again
