Create folder permission on sub-folders

I want to assign Create folder/file permissions on a specific folder in intranet site for a user. Can anyone send me the list of permissions to assign to the user?

I have created the list of permissions for the role. But it is not working?

content edit Subtree( )
content create Subtree( )
user login SiteAccess( intranet , intranet_admin )
content read Node( Intranet , Files )
