Hi. I have eZ Publish 4.0.1 When i login as Admin i can not see content structure tree (at the left of admin page) and all sub items (center). and this is my virtualhost configuration:

I have this in my site.ini.append in override :
RemoveSiteAccessIfDefaultAccess=enabled

is that someone has an idea of the Good configuration

The upgrade doc is always a good place to start, see this section:

Edit: Sorry, just assumed you had upgraded from 4.0.0 or 3.10.0. If you haven't, where did you get the rewrite rules from?
