Under the Export/Import section of "The main/key features of eZ publish" (http://ez.no/ezpublish/documentation/general_information/what_is_ez_publish/the_main_key_features_of_ez_publish) it says, "eZ systems has created an import/export class that you can use to import/export class definitions to and from an XML file."
Where is this located and how can I utilize it?
My end goal is to create a CSV export of each class definition and its attributes in a site and this seems like a good start.

I guess this deals about packages. You can create/import packages in the Admin tab / Packages.You can embed class definitions, content objects (be careful with that), design, and even an entire extension !
