Can't add sublevel in a ezmultioption2 datatype attribute

Hi guys, I'm testing multioption2 datatype, and found an strange behaviour, as it seems that it is not working as expected.

I've defined a multioption group ok. Then defined various multioptions inside this group, each one with several options. All ok until I try to add a sublevel in any of the previous multioption. When I click on "add sublevel" button the page reload whith an empty sublevel available to fill data in, but, as soon as I click on "add option" or even if I simply try to publish the object, the sublevel is removed!!

Anyone using multioption sublevels out there?
